Ryder Cup Europe today announced details of the Official Campsite for the 2027 Ryder Cup at Adare Manor in Ireland. Located in the Mountwilliam area of Adare, the Official Campsite is adjacent to the fifth fairway of the host venue, offering ticket holders an unrivalled location with direct access to the course via its own designated entrance.

It means fans will have only a short walk to the course as they prepare to watch Europe take on the United States in the 100th anniversary staging of golf’s greatest team contest.

As well as the superb setting, there will also be a true festival atmosphere in the campsite, with a full range of entertainment on offer in addition to many food and beverage outlets alongside bathroom and showering facilities.

The Official Campsite is being operated by Pink Moon, the same company that runs camping at Electric Picnic, one of Ireland’s leading arts and music festivals.

A wide range of options are available to fans, both in terms of the duration of the stay and the actual camping facilities themselves. All accommodation is pre-erected and must be pre-booked. Full details are available via the official website: https://officialrydercupcampsite.com.

Average prices are €151 per person per night for a seven-night stay and €176 per person per night for a five-night stay, and it is expected that between 6,000 and 7,000 people will utilise the campsite on a daily basis during Ryder Cup week.

Official Campsite bookings will be available on a first come first served basis from 2pm (Irish time) on Thursday, June 11, but only to fans who have already purchased their tickets via official Ryder Cup platforms. A further campsite allocation will be made available in due course to fans who are successful via the ticket ballot which opened on June 3 and which runs until June 29.

Richard Atkinson, the European Tour Group’s Chief Ryder Cup Officer, said: “This is the first time we have had an Official Campsite for fans at a Ryder Cup, and not only will it offer a unique chance to stay right next to the venue, I am sure the opportunity to walk to the course and back every day will be additionally appealing.

“From the day we launched our ticketing process in April, we have stressed the importance of making the 2027 Ryder Cup as accessible as possible to as wide a demographic as possible and today’s announcement shows that once again.

“With the additional range of entertainment onsite, which we will announce nearer the time of the contest, it means fans can enjoy a festival-like experience in addition to being part of one of the world’s leading sporting events.”

The 100th anniversary of the Ryder Cup will take place at Adare Manor in County Limerick, Ireland, from September 13-19, 2027, and will be the second time the Ryder Cup has been held in Ireland, following The K Club in 2006.

Europe will attempt to win the Ryder Cup for the third successive time following victories in 2023 at Marco Simone in Rome, Italy, and in 2025 at Bethpage in New York. Luke Donald led Team Europe on both of those occasions and returns as Captain in Adare Manor for 2027, with Jim Furyk leading the United States for the second time, having previously been Captain at Le Golf National in 2018.
