Residents from the island of Ireland will gain exclusive early access to Ryder Cup tickets for next year’s 100th anniversary event at Adare Manor in Limerick - but be warned daily admission will be a record high of up to €499 for admission.

Ryder Cup Europe today announced details of how fans can buy tickets with Irish residents getting early access via an exclusive priority window which opens this Friday, April 24 at 11am Irish time. The full public ballot for the rest of the world will open on Wednesday June 3.

Access for Irish fans go on sale for the three match days - Friday September 17, Saturday September 18 and Sunday September 19 – at a cost of €499 per daily ticket.

It will be the second time the Ryder Cup has been held in Ireland, following The K Club in 2006 when Ian Woosnam’s European side, that included an emotional Darren Clarke, defeated the Americans.

A limited number of tickets for the Tuesday and Wednesday practice days (September 14 and 15) will also be available to buy from €89, along with tickets for Thursday September 16 – a day which will feature the Opening Ceremony - from €179. In addition, practice day tickets for fans under the age of 16 can be purchased from just €20 on the Tuesday and Wednesday and €30 on the Thursday.

Richard Atkinson, the European Tour Group’s Chief Ryder Cup Officer, said: “There is already tremendous excitement and anticipation about the Ryder Cup heading back to Ireland and to Adare Manor next year. We are therefore delighted to announce these details today of how fans both from the island of Ireland and from around the world, can attend the 100th anniversary edition of golf’s greatest team competition. 

“We have extensive plans in place to enhance the onsite experience for fans attending the 2027 Ryder Cup, including a record 20,000 grandstand seats and an increased number of giant screens. For the first time, there will also be an Official Ryder Cup campsite with entertainment, full details of which will be announced in due course. 

Next year, Europe will attempt to win the Ryder Cup for the third successive time following victories in 2023 at Marco Simone in Rome, Italy, and in 2025 at Bethpage in New York. Luke Donald led Team Europe on both of those occasions and returns as Captain in Adare Manor for 2027 aiming to become the first Captain in the history of the Ryder Cup on either side to win three times in a row. The 2027 Ryder Cup is expected to attract in the region of 250,000 spectators over the week.
